Jupitice Launches AI-Powered Digital Stamping and eSigning Platform for Enterprises

Legal technology company Jupitice Justice Technologies has launched an AI-powered Digital Stamping and eSigning Platform aimed at helping enterprises execute legally compliant agreements through a fully digital workflow.

The platform has been developed to address long-standing challenges associated with paper-based documentation, fragmented approval systems, and manual agreement execution. It brings together digital stamping, electronic signatures, identity verification, approval workflows and document management into a single enterprise solution designed for organisations handling high volumes of legal documentation.

According to the company, the platform has been built for sectors including banking, non-banking financial companies (NBFCs), housing finance, insurance, fintech, government departments, manufacturing, telecom, healthcare, retail, real estate and education.

Why Enterprises Need Digital Stamping and eSigning

One of the key features of the platform is its support for multiple digital stamping models. Organisations can choose from Offline eStamping for fixed-denomination stamp duty requirements, Operational eStamping for commercial agreements, and Financial eStamping for loan documentation and debt-related transactions.

The solution also supports both the Stamp Wallet model and the National E-Governance Services Limited (NeSL) digital stamping framework. While the Stamp Wallet enables organisations to digitally execute documents using authorised physical stamp papers with complete audit trails, the NeSL integration facilitates real-time digital stamp generation and legally recognised registration.

Speaking on the launch, Mansi Omar, Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Jupitice Justice Technologies, said, "Legal document execution has become business-critical, yet many organisations still rely on separate systems for stamping, signing and approvals. Our platform brings these functions together into one configurable workflow, enabling faster execution of agreements while improving governance, operational efficiency and customer experience,".

Beyond digital stamping, the platform offers Aadhaar-based eSign, Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) support, electronic signatures, bulk and multi-party signing, configurable approval workflows, document tracking and secure digital repositories. Its API-first architecture is designed to integrate with existing enterprise systems without requiring significant changes to existing workflows.

The company claims that automating document execution can significantly reduce turnaround time by eliminating paperwork, repetitive manual approvals and physical movement of documents. It also aims to minimise operational errors while enabling secure remote execution of agreements.

To strengthen compliance and data security, the platform incorporates Aadhaar-based identity verification, OTP authentication, multi-factor authentication, end-to-end encryption, role-based access controls, timestamping, immutable audit logs and tamper-evident digital signatures.

The launch comes at a time when organisations across industries are accelerating digital transformation initiatives and seeking legally compliant digital alternatives for contract execution. Industry estimates indicate that India's Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) market is expected to witness steady growth over the coming years, driven by increasing enterprise adoption of digital legal technologies.

Jupitice, which develops AI-powered justice, legal and governance technology solutions, says it has facilitated more than 23 million case journeys, served over 10 million users, and partnered with more than 180 institutions along with a network of 4,000-plus Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) professionals across judicial, regulatory, government and enterprise ecosystems.
