Cambridge U-14 Football Tournament Finals Line-Up Confirmed

The semi-finals of the 2nd Cambridge Under-14 Inter-School Football Tournament 2026 were held amid rain at Cambridge School Noida on Thursday. Four teams secured their places in the boys’ and girls’ finals.

The semi-finals of the 2nd Cambridge Under-14 Inter-School Football Tournament 2026 were held amid rain at Cambridge School Noida on Thursday. Four teams secured their places in the boys’ and girls’ finals.

With the defending champions knocked out of the tournament, new winners will be crowned in both categories.

In the first girls’ semi-final, Shiv Nadar School, Noida defeated Cambridge School Indirapuram 2-0. Army Public School, Noida then registered a 2-1 win over Shri Ram Global School, Noida Extension in the second semi-final.

Shiv Nadar School and Army Public School will now compete for the girls’ title.

In the boys’ category, Apeejay School, Noida defeated host Cambridge School Noida 3-1 to reach the final. Somerville School, Noida secured the second spot after beating Army Public School, Noida 1-0. Arnav Puri scored the match-winning goal for Somerville School.

Kushank Rustagi, Sports Executive, SAE, praised the teams for continuing to play with focus despite the rain. He said the semi-finals showed teamwork, discipline and resilience from the participating schools.

The boys’ final will be played between Apeejay School, Noida and Somerville School, Noida. Shiv Nadar School, Noida will face Army Public School, Noida in the girls’ final.

Both championship matches will be held on Friday at Cambridge School Noida.
