Prismforce Launches AIQ Platform to Help Companies Prepare Workforce for AI Era

Prismforce has introduced a new platform called AIQ (AI Quotient), aimed at helping organisations understand how ready their workforce is for the growing use of artificial intelligence.

The platform comes at a time when companies are spending heavily on AI, but many are still struggling to prepare their employees for this shift. According to industry insights, while 92% of organisations are increasing their investment in AI, only 1% consider themselves fully prepared. At the same time, nearly half of today’s job skills are expected to change by 2027.

Bridging the Gap Between AI Plans and Workforce Reality

AIQ has been designed to address this gap. It studies how different roles within a company are likely to change with AI and checks whether employees have the skills needed for those changes.

Instead of relying on assumptions, the platform gives companies a clearer picture by measuring workforce readiness across six key areas. It uses data such as employee skill profiles, usage patterns, and assessments to understand where organisations stand.

Based on this, AIQ suggests practical steps that companies can take to prepare their teams for the future.

Helping Businesses Plan Ahead

One of the key features of AIQ is its ability to identify which roles are likely to evolve and what new roles may emerge as AI becomes more common in the workplace. This allows businesses to plan ahead and avoid skill shortages.

The platform is built on Prismforce’s internal technology that connects roles, skills, and tasks, making it easier for companies to align their hiring and training strategies with business goals.

"AI is not simply changing how work gets done; it is redefining the workforce model itself," said Somnath Chatterjee, Founder & CEO, Prismforce. "AIQ reflects our broader strategy to advance AI readiness as part of talent transformation. As enterprises rethink work structures, leaders need to understand which roles are evolving, which capabilities will define future success, and where critical gaps exist. AIQ helps enterprises anticipate these shifts early and translate them into targeted talent transformation strategies."

The AIQ platform is now available through Prismforce, offering companies a structured way to prepare their workforce for an AI-driven future.
