Pudu Robotics has taken a major step in its global expansion by opening a new U.S. headquarters in Dallas. The facility was officially inaugurated on April 23 and reflects the company’s long-term plans to grow its presence across North and South America.
The company has chosen Dallas as its central hub for operations in the Americas. The city offers strong transport links, a supportive business environment, and access to a wide customer base. Its location will help the company manage operations more smoothly across different regions.
The new headquarters, located in Sherman Tech Center, brings together office space, a product display area, and a warehouse under one roof. This setup is expected to improve coordination, customer support, and delivery timelines.
At the same time, Pudu has adjusted its earlier setup in Santa Clara, turning it into a smaller logistics support center. The company has also created a two-warehouse system on both coasts of the U.S. to ensure faster deliveries nationwide.
Strong Growth in the Americas
Since entering the U.S. market in 2018, Pudu Robotics has seen steady growth. Today, nearly 15,000 of its robots are operating across the Americas. The company has recorded a sharp rise in revenue, with a 285% year-on-year increase, showing strong demand for its solutions.
Pudu’s robots are being used in several sectors such as restaurants, hospitals, warehouses, retail spaces, and entertainment venues. Well-known organisations like Walmart, Accenture, NASA, Honeywell, and Norwegian Cruise Line are among its clients.
The company’s product range includes service robots for restaurants and retail, cleaning robots for large spaces, machines for industrial delivery, and advanced robots that can work in complex environments.
Local Strategy Driving Expansion
Pudu Robotics is now focusing on strengthening its local presence in the Americas. The company is investing in local teams, supply chains, and partnerships to better serve customers in the region.
Raymond Pan, General Manager for the Americas at Pudu Robotics, said the company aims to reach one million users in the U.S. over the next five years. He added that the new headquarters will play a key role in achieving this goal.
Global Leadership in Robotics
Pudu Robotics has shipped over 120,000 robots worldwide and operates in more than 80 countries. According to a 2023 report by Frost & Sullivan, the company holds the top position globally in commercial service robotics.
With its new base in Dallas, the company is now set to further expand its reach in the Americas while continuing its growth in other international markets.
